Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Ariddha, we strive to ensure that every piece you receive is a masterpiece of quality and craftsmanship. Since our products are high-value and often handcrafted, we follow a carefully structured return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • We accept return or exchange requests only within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Any item that has been customized (e.g., blouse stitching, fall/pico, or custom-made lehengas).

    • Items purchased during a Clearance Sale.

    • Items with slight variations in weave or color (as these are inherent to handloom products).

  • Approved Exchange will be delivered to you within 7-10 days after we receive the return once your return request is valdated.

2. The Process

  • To initiate a request, please email us at banarasind@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9644402068 with your Order ID and a clear photo/video of the product.

  • Unboxing Video: For your protection, we strongly recommend filming an unboxing video. This is mandatory to process claims regarding missing items or transit damage.

3. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • We offer a reverse pickup service for eligible returns within India.

  • A nominal Reverse Shipping & Handling fee of ₹250 will be deducted from your final credit/refund amount.

  • Alternatively, you can choose to exchange the item in person at our showrooms in South Tukoganj or Tilak Nagar, Indore, at no additional cost.

4. Refunds Credit

  • Cash Refunds: We only provide bank refunds in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or if the wrong product was shipped. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Once verified through your unboxing video, we will replace the item at no extra cost or provide a full refund if the item is out of stock.
