Welcome to Ariddha.com. This website is operated by Ariddha By Banaras Saree Centre. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ariddha. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Product Authenticity & Handloom Disclaimer

Most of our products are handcrafted.

  • Irregularities: Due to the nature of hand-woven fabrics, slight irregularities in the weave or embroidery may occur. These are not considered defects but are hallmarks of authentic handloom products.

  • Color Variation: We strive to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to different screen resolutions and studio lighting, the actual color of the product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

  • In the event of a pricing error, Ariddha reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

3. Customization & Alterations

  • Orders that include customization (e.g., blouse stitching, fall/pico, or custom-made lehengas) are processed based on the measurements provided by the customer.

  • Ariddha is not responsible for fitting issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

  • Non-Cancellable: Once a customization process has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel an order within 12 hours of placement, provided it has not been dispatched or sent for customization.

  • Ariddha reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, errors in product information, or suspicion of fraudulent transactions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, text, and designs, is the property of Ariddha By Banaras Saree Centre. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our media for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
