1. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic (India): We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum purchase value required. We currently only ship within India.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Orders: All ready-to-ship orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

  • Customized Orders: For items involving customization (such as blouse stitching, fall/pico, or made-to-order lehengas), the processing time may vary. Our team will communicate the estimated dispatch date at the time of order confirmation.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: * Metro Cities: 3–5 business days post-dispatch.

    • Rest of India: 5–7 business days post-dispatch.

  • Note: Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to public holidays, extreme weather, or carrier delays. We will keep you informed via email/SMS in such cases.

3. Trusted Shipping Partners

To ensure the safety of your high-value outfits, we partner exclusively with reputed courier services, including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC.

4. Order Tracking

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing your Tracking ID and a link to monitor your package in real-time.

5. Local Pickup (Indore Showrooms)

Customers in Indore have the option to pick up their orders directly from our showrooms. Please select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout.

  • Timeline: Orders are typically ready for pickup within 24 hours. Please bring your order confirmation at the time of pickup.

6. Transit Damage & Tampering

Your order is insured during transit until it is delivered to you.

  • Important: If the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact our customer care immediately at +91 9644402068 or email us at banarasind@gmail.com.

  • We recommend filming a brief unboxing video to assist us in resolving any rare instances of transit-related issues.
